Established in March 2004

Total Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is supplying quality young coconut fruit, cut to a special form of pagoda. Customers in over 70 restaurants can enjoy the fresh cooled coconut juice directly from the fruits.

By May 2007 additional

“Thai Meal Kits”, Thai Green Curry, Thai Red Curry and Pad Thai were introduced into the market with export order for Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Australia.

In July 2009

a first shipment to Malaysia is executed.

In August 2011

export to Russia is executed successfully.

In April 2016

Tom Yum Paste has been also awarded for “Thai Select”. Currently, Ori Chef products are available in mid-high end supermarket in Thailand with range of products; Thai Meal Kits, Thai Tasty Paste, Herbs and Seasonings. Our factory located in Pathum Thani, Thailand. We are looking for distributors and retail partners in many countries. The OEM services are welcomed.

In January 2006

the Company expanded to develop and supply “Easy Thai Meal Kits” under “Ori Chef” brand. In November of the same year two Thai Meal Kits, Tom Yum Kung and Tom Kha Kai were launched into the Thai markets with FDA and Halal certificates.

In January 2008

the “Thai Meal Kits” products are GMP and HACCP certified by Moody International Certification Co., Ltd. (Currently is Intertek Industry and Certification Services (Thailand) Limited)

In January 2010

two additional “Thai Meal Kits” Thai Panang Curry and Larb (Thai Meat Salad with Mint Leaves), were developed and introduced into the market. In May, first shipment to Japan is made. In August, all the Thai Meal Kit products were BRC certified.

In May 2012

The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) has launched “Thai Select Award” to ready-to-cook process Thai food. Thai Meal Kits” has been granted this award for Thai Panang Curry and Thai Red Curry for excellence taste, representing authentic taste of Thai Food. Followed by Pad Thai, Larb, Pad Thai Sauce in May 2015 and Thai Meal Kit (Tom Yum Kung, Tom Kha Kai, Thai Green Curry) in September 2015.
