Ingredients:
1 cup fresh prawns
½ cup button mushrooms
2 eggs
1 pack Thai Meal Kit – Tom Yum Kung
2 tbsp. whipping cream
1 tbsp. coriander leaves
2 cups steamed rice ¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 ½ cup waterTo have a nice egg texture and a scent of whipping cream, fry the eggs until it 80 % cooked (left with 20% uncooked yolk).
Cooking Directions:
- Put rice in a mold (bowl can be used instead) firmly and arrange it on a deep plate.
- Whip eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper together nicely. Turn on a medium heat and add vegetable oil (4-5 tbsp.)in a wok or large skillet. Fry the eggs until it slightly cooked(no flipping).
- Use 1 ½ cup of water to cook Thai Meal Kit – Tom Yum Kung.Follow a few cooking steps on the package, add the prawns and wait until cooked.
- Serve Tom Yum Kung on a side of the plate. Garnish with coriander and serve.
