This is a fusion menu between Chinese fried noodles and Thai Tom Yum Kung. A combination of thick Tom Yum dressing and crispy noodles makes this dish a perfect dish for your special meal.
2 bunch of egg noodles
6 prawns (pealed)
4-5 sliced squids (optional)
½ cup small mussel (optional)
1 pack Thai Meal Kit – Tom Yum Kung
2 ½ cup water
2 tbsp corn flour
1 cup vegetable oil
Lemon glass, Kaffir, Galangal for garnishing
- Fry noodles with vegetable oil then set aside.
- Use 2 ½ cup of water to cook Thai Meal Kit – Tom Yum Kung. Follow the cooking steps on the package, add seafood and wait until it cooked then add the corn flour. Stir until it thicken and turn off the heat.
- Serve on a deep plate, arrange crispy noodles on a plate and pour Tom Yum dressing on the side.
